About my journey into Hypnotherapy in Hastings

 

I often think back to a time when i found Hypnotherapy, i had got married and bought my first business within a short timeframe, and within months became extremely ill. I was after some months of tests which sometimes were extremely painful diagnosed with Crohn,s disease. This was brought about by the stress and anxiety of getting married, setting up and running my business and worrying about “would it work” after years of being in pain and losing much weight a friend suggested i try Hypnotherapy about which i was skeptical.

My scepticism was unfounded as within a few sessions the Hypnotherapist had taught me self Hypnosis to control the pain and dealt with my anxiety allowing me to go forward and drive my business to great things.

Over the following years i started to learn about and become fascinated with Hypnotherapy and how it really does help people who need to change and improve their lives, this led me into training to become a Hypnotherapist.

After a lot of research I was lucky to come across the prestigious Clifton Practice, achieving the Psychotherapy and  Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) considered to be the Gold Standard in Psychotherapy  and Hypnotherapy training. Teaching Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, i now use this alongside NLP (neuro linguistic programming) techniques to work with clients in order to get their lives back, and that is what i do i literally give clients their lives back.
