The Phrase I AM.
When you say the phrase “i am” the brain which is the spiritual essence that you are, takes that as you saying “i” everything that i am, THIS, so whatever you put after the
“i am” is critical, so if you say something like i am such a loser, or i am useless at this, (how many times have you heard or said that?) youve just programmed yourself for failure because you said i am useless, i am a loser.
I am a shy person, i can’t do this, your now stuck you can’t change that, you just put into existence that fact and it’s not going to change unless you change it with your words first.
Start telling yourself you are good at this, good at that and if you get something wrong ask yourself what you need to do to try again and get it right.
The words we use especially when thinking are either negative or positive, consider this, imagine it’s Sunday afternoon you’ve had a good day and you suddenly remember work tomorrow, now think this, i’ve got to go to work tomorrow, how does that make you feel?
Now clear that out of your mind and think, I get to go to work tomorrow, that feels completely different does it not?
